Bullet Journal Winner

We have a winner! Sara who said that until  now she has been keeping track with sticky notes and her phone which wasn’t working that well for her with 3 young children. Hopefully this will help.

Remember there is no wrong way to use a bullet journal and you can modify it to your needs.

Here are a few pages I added to my bullet journal this last month.

How do you use your planner/bullet journal?

A great way to track how many eggs I am getting from my hens and yes I know exactly who played which egg.
Loosing the baby weight has not been easy but I’m hoping some prizes will help keep me motivated.

Biggest Looser Confession

I have a confession to make. When I watch the biggest looser I almost always have something in my hand that I’m eating that is sooooo far from being healthy. Last night we were watching this weeks episode (we TeVoed it) and my DH had brought home KrispyKreme. I ate 3!! doughnuts.

For those of you that don’t know me you need to know that 3 years ago I was 25 pounds heavier than I am now and I lost 32 pounds to get pregnant. I did this the right way and it took me 2 years to loose the weigh by running on my treadmill, eating right and changing my behavior one behavior at a time. It was a lot of hard work and when I got pregnant I had decided that I was not going to let myself go and that I would run as long as I could. 2 months into the pregnancy I started to get shooting pain when I tried to run and I got discouraged. I so wanted to that I kept pushing through the pain til one day I just broke down and cried because I knew I couldn’t keep doing it. I could not even walk fast. I ended up gaigning over 40 poins but by x-mas after the baby was born I was only 5 pounds from being at my pre-pregnancy weight. Then my parents came with lots of Icelandic candy, then thanksgiving, and Christmas came around and I gained 7 pounds! I’m still eating too much and I have decreased my breastfeeding to only 1-2 a day and 1-2 a night. So I have started walking again since the weather is better which helps a lot. I still can’t run very well since I need to go get myself some better support for the girls but I am going to start training for a marathon as soon as Odinn is weaned.
I want to loose 15 pounds in the next 3 months so I need to get my ass in gear. We are on our way to St. Thomas in May. 5 pounds a month isn’t too much to ask. That way I will not be scarry in a swim suit. After that I want to loose about 9 more pounds and then I will be good.
For some reason, when I think about 32 pounds, I don’t think that it is that much but then I try to pick up a full bucket of cat litter which is 36 pounds and I am struggling to get it in my shopping cart and I realize that I was carrying that around every day and I am still walking around with an excess weight of 24 pounds. I want to be healthy for me and my family.

So in the futtur I hope to stop eating KrispyKreme while watching The Biggest Looser.
